With the current conditions that Covid-19 has imposed we will not refund due to a 'late delivery'. By purchasing please be aware that the delays with AusPost and flights from Australia will possibly delay your order. Tracking will be provided.
Our policy lasts for 30 days (this takes in to consideration that a high amount of orders are sent to NZ). We will only refund once we have the returned goods with us. To be eligible for a refund all items must be unused, and in the same condition as you recieved it. Also in its original packaging.
Photos may be of assistance, and returns are at your cost. We recommend tracking when you endevour to return a parcel.

There are certain situations where partial refunds may apply.
- Any item not in its original condition
- Any item that is damaged (eg, via postal service, weather impact etc)
- Any item that has missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any refunds will be assessed via photo evidence and once it has been recieved. When a decision is made you will be informed of the outcome.
All sale items will not recieve any refund.
